• Below are the scheduled test dates for 2008.
• Please be sure to come to the test promptly at the scheduled time.
• Students who are late will not be allowed to take the exam.
• Students must bring a check for $50 before they take the test.
• Students who fail the exam may re-take the exam once on the next available test date at no extra charge. If a student fails the second time, they must re-pay the $50 and take the exam at the next available test date.
• Students must sign up for the test by sending an email to Mrs. Torode at ctorode@vcs.net . I will send you a reply confirming your attendance at the test. Students who are not signed up, will not be allowed to take the exam.


These dates are subject to change and tests will be canceled due to no sign ups.

There is a two-year technology requirement. The first year is a basic skills requirement. The second year is an advanced or applied skills requirement. The challenge test addresses the basic skills requirement only. A passing score on the challenge test waives this basic skills requirement and reduces the technology to just the one year of advanced or applied technology. It does not reduce the total number of credits the students need. It simply transfers the requirement over to general electives.
