The CD duplicating service provided by AgriLife Information Technology has allowed us to more efficiently distribute information and package materials in a format that more closely fits the demands of agents and consumers.
The Quality Counts autoplay CD allows agents and Ag Science teachers to quickly demonstrate the functionality of Quality Counts Texas Trail. Mary Ann created 1700 copies of this CD for distribution to Ag Science Teacher and County Extension Agents.
The District 9 4-H Food Show cookbook was transitioned to CD rather than print format as a cost saving measure. The cookbook had become to expensive to print and distribute, but 4-Her's still had an interest in sharing recipes from competition. The CD duplication solved the problem.

Thanks for your support of the Texas 4-H Master Swine Volunteer Training Program and the Texas 4-H Master Sheep & Goat Volunteer Training Program through your services.
The Texas 4-H Master Swine Volunteer Training was the first to have all training materials in electronic format and your office's duplication of those CDs was very well received by the volunteers as well as the county Extension agents. In fact, many of the agents did not even want the printed version, only the CD version.
The CD duplication service was handled very quickly and all duplicate CDs were shipped very quickly. We got them when we needed them and the quality of the products were just as I hoped. Your willingness to work with us on cost recovery was excellent.
