Wellness & Weight Management is an 8-lesson series for worksites that will motivate employees to lose weight and enjoy better health through diet and exercise.  Lesson topics will provide participants with new, timely information so they can make better choices in their fast-paced lifestyles.

Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes is an educational program for people with Type 2 diabetes. The primary goal is to help participants learn how to manage their meal plan and self-care to maintain their blood glucose in the ranges recommended by the American Diabetes Association. The message is that, if you do well, you can be well with diabetes!

EAT SMART: Chronic Disease Program was developed in Travis County to provide education on adopting healthier eating habits, increasing physical activity, practicing food safety principles, and becoming proactive in the responsibility of preventive health care in order to reduce chronic disease. The 12-part lesson series features a specific health/wellness topic — Heart Health; Bone Health; Lowering Cancer Risk; and Food Safety — with three lessons provided for each topic.

Walk Across Texas is a program created by the Texas AgriLife Extension Service in 1996 to encourage people to establish the habit of regular physical activity.
