As a Site Administrator, you will have full editting privileges and be able to add new pages to this site as well. Once logged in, you should see your name, "Adam Administrator," in the upper left area, and see many more pages listed at the left -- including a project plan, calendar, discussion forum, file library, and issue tracking.
You may wish to print the 2-page Usage Tips document below to proceed.

Step 2: "Turn on Edit" and Add Items Once you click 'Turn on edit,' you'll see [edit] and [new item] symbols displayed. View our Sample Web Page at left to see how text, images, links and files are posted. Go to the "Put Your Items Here" page and try it yourself! |
Step 3: Try our Project Plan, Calendar, File Library, Discussion Forum and Issue Tracking Features Click on each of these pages at left and try entering and editting information. Like the rest of GroveSite, it's easy and intuitive, yet very powerful. |
Step 4: Create a New Page! Site Administrators have the capability to create new pages and set their security level. First you must "Turn on Edit" above. Then click [new page], just above the left-hand Site Navigation Area.
You'll be able to select your page type, enter 'site navigation text,' set security level, add page headings, subheadings and position the page up/down on the list. Click the SAVE button and VOILA - you've created a new page!
Now click [Add item] to add items to your new page. |
Step 5: Look at "Administration" Features - Site Administration functions include picking the site color scheme, loading company logo, and enrolling members in the site.
- Click on the "Administration" menu button. Feel free to experiment with color schemes and see how background images are loaded. You can also view the forms for broadcast email, enrolling participants, and managing participants.
